One-to-One Sessions

Consulting Services
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
You agree to provide accurate information
You are responsible for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts
4. Consultants & Instructors
Consultants set their own pricing and availability
Sentry360 acts only as an intermediary platform
We do not guarantee learning outcomes or service quality
5. Payments & Fees
All payments are processed through the platform
Sentry360 may charge a commission on transactions
Consultants are paid after successful session completion
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Users may cancel sessions before the scheduled time
Refunds depend on timing and service type
Courses (digital content) may be non-refundable after access
Credits may expire after a defined period
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content (courses, videos, materials) is owned by Sentry360 or its licensors.
Users may NOT:
Copy, distribute, or resell content
Record sessions without permission
8. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
Use the platform for illegal purposes
Attempt hacking or unauthorized access
Harass other users
9. Communication Services
The platform may include chat or messaging features.
We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate content.
10. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services (payment, video, authentication).
We are not responsible for their performance.
